Project
planning
We draw on our expertise to establish project plans, budgets and timelines. Our team supports you when it comes to selecting partners, preparing detailed work instructions, negotiating and awarding contracts, as well as handling logistics and onsite security.
Execution and supervision of work
Our team supervises the worksite to conduct quality control operations and see that the work is carried out according to the contract. We handle all aspects of the project, including managing subcontractors, co-ordinating deliveries, arranging material logistics, writing progress reports, etc.
Budgetary
management
We allocate budgets and timelines to each phase of the project, manage prepaid resources and regulate costs from beginning to end.
